('肖像权许可使用合同PortraitureLicenseAgreement甲方：乙方：PartyA:PartyB:根据有关法律规定，经双方友好协商，甲乙双方就带有甲方肖像的宣传影片使用达成如下一致协议：ThefollowingagreementismadeandenteredintobyandbetweenPartyAandPartyBconcerningthepromotionalfilminvolvingPartyA’sportraitureafterfriendlynegotiationaccordingtorelevantlawsandregulations:1、甲方因企业发展需要，请乙方参与企业宣传片的相应场景摄制，拍摄符合本合同约定的平面及影视画面。1.PartyA,forthesakeofdevelopment,retainsPartyBtoparticipateinfilmingrelevantscenesofPartyA’spropagandafilm,takingsomepicturesandmovieinaccordwiththisagreement.2、乙方自愿将自身肖像权许可甲方用作符合本合同约定和法律规定的用途。2.PartyBagreestogivealicensetoPartyAtouseitsportraitureforthepurposeaccordingtoagreementshereinandregulationsoflaws.3、甲方有权在商用网站、国内外展会、会议装修画、海报、企业及产品宣传册等各类广宣物料、各媒体广告等媒介使用乙方的影视及平面影像。3.PartyAisentitledtousePartyB’sfilm,videoandpicturestakenbyPartyBincommercialwebsites,domesticandforeignexhibition,decorationpictureforconferenceroom,poster,andbrochuresforthecompanyandproducts,advertisementsandothermedia.4、本协议有效期为五年，以双方签章时间为准。4.Thisagreementisvalidforfiveyearsasoftheexecutionbybothparties.5、甲方需保护乙方的隐私权，未经乙方同意不得随意透露乙方的有关资料；5.PartyAshallprotectPartyB’sprivacyandcannotdiscloserelevantmaterialsofPartyBwithoutPartyB’sconsent.6、甲方不得将带有乙方肖像的作品改成毁谤、猥亵、淫秽或任何不道德的图片或其他形式。6.PartyAshallnotmodifyanyproductsofPartyB’sportraitureintodisparaging,wretched,obsceneorimmoralpicturesorinotherform.7、本协议—式二份，甲乙双方各执一份，均具有同等法律效力。7.Thisagreementismadeinduplicatewitheachpartyholdingoneofthesamelegaleffects.甲方：年月日PartyA:Date乙方：年月日PartyB:Date',)
